At SAOLAR, we stand behind the performance and quality of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films, cases, and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5 business days.
